Refund and Token Return Rules

These rules explain how KomiU handles Apple In-App Purchase refunds, transaction reversals, token adjustments, and platform token returns.

1. Apple monetary refunds

For iOS purchases, Apple processes monetary payment and may handle refund decisions under Apple policies. If you want to request a refund of an Apple In-App Purchase, you may need to use Apple's refund process. KomiU can provide support information but does not control Apple's refund decision.

2. KomiU token adjustments

Tokens are fulfilled and recorded by KomiU after Apple transaction validation. If Apple reports a refund, reversal, chargeback, cancellation, invalid transaction, or ownership mismatch, KomiU may adjust your wallet to reflect the changed transaction status.

3. How clawback works

If refunded or reversed tokens are still unused, KomiU may remove those tokens. If some or all refunded tokens were already used, KomiU may deduct available token balance, create an adjustment or compensation record where supported, restrict future token use, or preserve an adjustment record for audit and dispute handling.

4. Platform token returns

Some in-app actions may return tokens under specific product rules, such as when a platform action fails, is cancelled by the system, or is reversed under policy. A platform token return is not the same as an Apple monetary refund. A token return adds or restores in-app tokens according to KomiU rules; it does not refund money to your payment method.

5. When tokens may not be returned

Tokens may not be returned when they were consumed for a completed eligible digital action, when the issue was caused by user policy violation, fraud, account termination, incorrect use, or where the applicable product rule says the token use is final. We may also deny returns needed to prevent abuse or duplicate compensation.

6. Account deletion and restrictions

Account deletion, suspension, termination, fraud restriction, or policy enforcement may affect token access. Wallet ledger records, Apple transaction records, refund records, and adjustment records may be retained long term for accounting, audit, dispute, refund, fraud prevention, and legal purposes.

7. Support

If you believe a token deduction, return, or refund adjustment is wrong, contact support@kemiyou.com or use in-app feedback. Include your KomiU order ID, approximate time, product, and a short description. Do not send raw Apple signed transaction data, passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or full payment credentials.
