Community Guidelines

KomiU is for adults who want to create profiles, discover people, and communicate safely. These Community Guidelines explain behavior and content that are not allowed.

1. Be authentic

• Do not impersonate another person, company, public figure, or KomiU staff.
• Do not create fake, misleading, or deceptive profiles.
• Do not use stolen photos, misleading age, false identity claims, or fake verification claims.

2. Adults only

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Do not solicit, sexualize, exploit, groom, or endanger minors.
• Do not upload, request, discuss trading, or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexualized minor content. We may report serious matters to appropriate authorities.

3. No harassment, threats, or hate

• Do not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, shame, intimidate, or repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact.
• Do not promote hate, dehumanization, or violence based on protected characteristics.
• Do not threaten to expose private information, images, conversations, family members, workplace, or address.

4. No sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content

• Do not share non-consensual intimate images or threats to share them.
• Do not promote sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or paid sexual services.
• Do not pressure users for sexual content or send unwanted explicit content.

5. No scams, fraud, or financial abuse

• Do not ask for money, gift cards, transfers, investment funds, deposits, fees, or financial account access.
• Do not promote crypto, investment, trading, gambling, or loan schemes through KomiU.
• Do not use romance, friendship, emergency stories, or fake identity to obtain money or assets.

6. No unsafe off-platform direction

• Do not use KomiU to evade safety systems by pushing users to external contact, payment, or private channels in a risky or deceptive way.
• Do not post QR codes, payment codes, phone numbers, social handles, short links, or external accounts to bypass safety controls where prohibited by product rules.

7. No illegal goods, services, or conduct

• Do not offer, request, or promote illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, identity documents, money laundering, fraud tools, gambling, pyramid schemes, or other illegal activity.
• Do not coordinate violence, self-harm encouragement, exploitation, or real-world harm.

8. Respect privacy and intellectual property

• Do not publish another person's private information, identity documents, address, workplace, phone number, private images, or chat screenshots without permission.
• Do not upload content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, likeness, or other rights.

9. No platform abuse

• Do not spam, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or interfere with KomiU.
• Do not misuse reports, appeals, chargebacks, support channels, invites, or safety tools.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate recommendations.

10. Enforcement

Depending on the situation, KomiU may warn you, remove content, hide or limit profile display, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, or report serious safety or legal issues. You may be able to appeal certain decisions under our Content Moderation Policy.
