Token Purchase Terms

These Token Purchase Terms apply when you purchase KomiU digital tokens through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. They are part of the KomiU Terms of Service.

1. What tokens are

Tokens are digital rights used inside KomiU for eligible in-app actions or features. Tokens are not money, not legal tender, not a deposit, not stored value, not a gift card, and not a financial product. Tokens have no cash value outside KomiU.

2. Apple In-App Purchase

On iOS, token purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment collection, payment credentials, billing, applicable App Store receipts or signed transaction data, and certain refund processes under Apple policies. KomiU validates Apple transaction information and fulfills tokens after validation.

3. Product information and pricing

Product descriptions, token quantities, localized prices, taxes, currency, and availability may vary by App Store storefront and Apple settings. The price shown by Apple at purchase confirmation is the price charged by Apple. KomiU service records may store a product catalog price snapshot for audit, fraud prevention, and customer support.

4. Purchase flow

  1. You select a token product in KomiU.
  2. KomiU creates a local order and shows the required policy links and checkbox.
  3. You confirm the purchase through Apple In-App Purchase.
  4. KomiU validates the Apple transaction and confirms that it matches the local order and account.
  5. If validation succeeds, KomiU fulfills tokens to your wallet.

5. Required agreement at purchase

Each token purchase requires active confirmation of these Token Purchase Terms and other required purchase policies shown in the App. KomiU stores a snapshot of the policy version accepted for the order, along with order, device, client, and account information needed for audit and dispute handling.

6. Token wallet and expiration

Purchased tokens are generally permanent tokens unless a product or promotion states otherwise. Promotional, reward, compensation, or time-limited tokens may expire according to the rules shown in the App. When tokens are deducted, time-limited tokens that expire sooner may be used before permanent tokens.

8. Refunds and reversals

Apple controls monetary refunds for Apple In-App Purchase under Apple policies. KomiU cannot guarantee that Apple will grant a refund. If Apple issues a refund, reversal, chargeback, or cancellation, KomiU may remove, expire, claw back, or adjust tokens or related wallet records tied to that purchase. 9. Account deletion, suspension, or termination

If your account is deleted, suspended, terminated, or restricted for policy violations, fraud, safety, or legal reasons, your ability to use tokens may be limited or ended. Account deletion may expire remaining usable token batches and preserve wallet history for accounting, audit, dispute, refund, and legal purposes.

10. No guarantee of results

Purchasing tokens does not guarantee matches, replies, friends, relationships, profile visibility, recommendation placement, or any specific outcome.

11. Errors and support

If a purchase is charged by Apple but tokens are not delivered, contact support@kemiyou.com or use in-app feedback. Include the KomiU order ID if available, product name, approximate purchase time, and device context. Do not send raw Apple signed transaction data, passwords, one-time codes, or full payment credentials by email.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The terms shown and accepted at the time of purchase apply to that purchase, subject to law and Apple policies.
